Policies

Cancellations

I require 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. If you fail to provide 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost will apply. Cancellations made with less than 4 hours' notice will be charged 100% of the missed service.
 
No-shows or missed appointments without prior notice will be charged the full service fee and will be required to prepay for any future appointments before booking again.

Cancellations must be made via text or phone call to 902-237-8267. I do not accept cancellations by email or social media.

The credit card entered at the time of booking will only be charged if you no-show or cancel late. Payment for the service is due at checkout.

Rescheduling

Same day rescheduling is only available upon request and when available. I cannot always acomodate same day changes in which case failure to keep the original appointment time will be treated as a cancellation. Extension of my hours to accomodate last minute requests will result in an after-hours fee (see below)

Late Arrivals

To respect all of my clients' time, I regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times. You will be responsible for the full service fee.  Appointments are scheduled in 30-45 minute increments, so please ensure you arrive on time to avoid having to reschedule. I do offer a 10-minute grace period, so plan accordingly.

After Hours Pricing

Bookings accommodated outside my posted hours are subject to an additional $20 convenience fee.
